§ 93-15. Notices.

A.
All notices from grantee to the Township pursuant to this chapter and the franchise agreement shall be to the Township Manager or his designee at the following address: Skippack Township, 1246 Bridge Road, Skippack, PA 19474.

B.
The grantee shall maintain with the Township, throughout the term of the franchise, an address for service of notices by mail. The grantee shall also maintain within the Township a local office and telephone number for the conduct of matters related to the franchise during normal business hours. The grantee shall be required to advise the Township of such address and telephone numbers and any changes thereof.
